Each chicken is generously coated in our signature seasoning and cooked to perfection over real charcoal, infusing it with that classic smokey flavour that only charcoal grilling can provide. While the cooking process might take awhile (around two hours), the result is a superior taste without the added fats & oils of deep frying.
